From first sketch to final placement
Nera manages furniture, fixtures and equipment for hotels, offices and institutions as one accountable partner.
HOW WE WORK
We work with your designer or ours, and we stay with the project until the last chair is in place. Eight steps, one team.
1. Budget and specification review. We review the designer's specification early and flag cost, durability and lead-time risks before they become problems.
2. Line-item budget. A detailed budget for every item, so owners, designers and operators work from the same numbers.
3. Sourcing and tendering. We source from MillerKnoll and our partner brands, tender alternatives where it helps the budget, and negotiate on your behalf.
From order to opening day.
5. Ordering and expediting. Purchase orders from the approved budget, then tracking of every item from factory to site.
4. Samples and mock-up rooms. We coordinate finishes, samples and model rooms for sign-off.
6. Logistics and customs. Freight, import and customs clearance into Armenia and Georgia, handled by our team.
7. Installation. Delivery, assembly and placement on site, coordinated with your contractor's schedule.
8. After-sales and warranty. Local warranty support, spare parts and reorders for MillerKnoll products.
